Shipping
All orders over £32 qualify for free Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery. This is applicable to the UK only.
Please note that bank holidays may affect dispatch time. Our warehouse is also closed week between Christmas & New Year. In busy times dispatch can be delayed up to 2 weeks.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, with 2-3 days to deliver using Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery.
If you can’t wait to have your favourite cuppa opt out for next day RM24 h Tracked delivery, and for any orders submitted before 1 pm, Mon-Fri, you will have your tea delivered next day.
Usually you’ll receive a UK order (no matter the method you choose) within 5 working days. International orders usually arrive within 10 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for UK orders, and 15 working days for international orders before getting in touch though, as we can’t take any action until after that period of time! Some orders just take a little bit longer.

International Customers
**please note** some orders are too heavy / large for Royal Mail to transport for us. In this rare case, we will be in touch with an international courier quote for you. We’ll usually do this for any orders over £150.00 and / or 2kg.

Returns Procedure:
We hope you love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods supplied and wish to return any items bought from this website we will be happy to make a refund, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please let us know, in writing, the reason for the return and any returns should be made within a reasonable time (please try and return goods within 14 days).

Following receipt of the goods by us we will be happy to accommodate changes where possible or you will receive a full refund, less any return delivery and/or collection charges, within 30 days.
